Filosofia sa se bazeaz\u0103 pe ideea c\u0103:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>compatibilitatea cultural\u0103 nu poate fi exprimat\u0103 prin scoruri fixe, ci trebuie dedus\u0103 din pattern-urile de valori \u0219i dinamici rela\u021bionale;<\/li>\n\n<li>profilul de competen\u021be nu este tratat ca un set rigid de abilit\u0103\u021bi transferabile, ci ca <strong>tr\u0103s\u0103turi emergente din combina\u021bii psihologice, experien\u021biale \u0219i motiva\u021bionale<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Scorurile de tip \u201efit cultural\u201d pot duce la efecte nedorite de stereotipizare sau conformism organiza\u021bional. PIMEX \u00een schimb cultiv\u0103 adaptarea activ\u0103, nu conformarea pasiv\u0103.<\/p><p><strong>Pe scurt:<\/strong> PIMEX este un model <em>calitativ-transformativ<\/em>, nu unul <em>cantitativ-predictiv<\/em>. M\u0103soar\u0103 profunzimea prin context, nu prin cifre.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 2. <strong>De ce propriet\u0103\u021bile psihometrice r\u0103m\u00e2n neclarificate?<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>R\u0103spuns:<\/strong><\/p><p>Pentru c\u0103 <strong>PIMEX nu este un instrument psihometric clasic<\/strong>, ci un <strong>cadru de interpretare reflexiv\u0103 a datelor psihologice preexistente<\/strong>.
